This guide covers how to activate Foretrace for your organization through the Flare Integration Hub and provision access for employees. Setup is lightweight, once configured, employees self-enroll and manage their own profiles without any ongoing IT involvement.

Your organization has an active Flare subscription

You have admin access to your organization's Flare workspace

You have a list of employee corporate email addresses you want to provision

Setting Up Foretrace in the Flare Integration Hub

Foretrace can be set up in the Integration hub. 

Here enter the Email Domains associated with your company

Now copy the invite link and send it to users within your company. They will be able to access Fortrace! 

You can see who accepted the link by pressing on Foretrace under the Integration hub then the Users tab. 

Here you can see a list of Active Users and when they created their account. 

Foretrace enforces a strict data separation between your organization and individual employees. As an admin your access is limited to provisioning and deprovisioning — you have no visibility into employee results.

This separation is intentional and should be communicated clearly to employees during rollout. 

When an employee leaves your organization, deprovision their Foretrace access by deleting their account in the Users tab of the Foretrace menu.
